Our Giclee printing service produces high-quality prints using professional-grade technology. Our most popular paper is the Hahnemühle photo rag, which has a super matt finish that provides excellent color reproduction, muted blacks, and minimal texture for brilliant color gradients. Please handle the paper with care to prevent fraying.

To showcase my subjects in the best possible way, I print photos in fixed dimensions that are suitable for framing. As every space and budget is different, I offer a wide range of sizes without including the white border. The available sizes are:
Small: 30 x 20 cm
Medium: 45 x 30 cm
Large: 60 x 40 cm
Extra Large: 75 x 50 cm
Giant: 90 x 60 cm
Collector: 105 x 70 cm
Artist Edition: open sizeGenerally, there are three different ratios used, namely 3:2, 2:1, and 1:1, unless the product description specifies otherwise.

The appearance of colors may vary based on the monitor or brightness level used. While we strive to display images that accurately represent the actual product, there may be slight variations. We have made every effort to provide accurate size depictions for each product. All of the images featured in our shop are displayed without any borders.

I believe artwork needs to be in a frame. Prints come with a white border to make it easier for you to frame and prevent the edges from damaging. You can frame the print yourself, but we advise you to go to your local framer to get it done professionally.
I'm more than happy to give you advice on framing or even have it framed for you. Because there are many options available, all depending on the style you prefer and the space you will hang the photo, please send an email to info@ydwer.com.

There are two reasons why all fine art prints come with a white border. Firstly, it serves as a protective layer for the edges during shipping. Secondly, it makes it easier to position the photo behind your mounting paper without losing any part of the image, whether you do it yourself or go to a framer. However, it's important to note that the size displayed in your order is the photo size and not the paper size.

You can send an email to info@ydwer.com along with the image you want, and we will try our best to fulfill your request.

It typically takes us 10-14 business days to print, mount, frame, and ship each of our fine art prints. After shipment, we'll provide you with a tracking number to keep track of your order. The majority of orders take 3-5 days to arrive at their destination.

All prices in the shop are including VAT. We are not responsible for any clearance cost or customs duties.

Depending on the size of your artwork we will make sure to package the products carefully to avoid any damage.

All prints are made to order and non-refundable. Once we start printing the artwork, there’s no way back. We have a 24h cancellation policy.
However, if your print arrives damaged, make sure to take photos of the damaged print and damaged packaging so we can claim it from the carrier. Also, make sure to report this to the carrier. In this case, we are happy to replace your print. We either ask you to send it back (shipping at your own cost) or proof of destructing the print.
-
On the rare occasion that your print arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please let us know immediately. Kindly send some photos of the damaged piece and the box that it came in to info@ydwer.com so we can help. Please also notify the carrier so can claim back the order.
-
All cancellations and order changes must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase. We custom print and frame each piece just for you so are unable to make adjustments once we begin the process. Sorry!

Although printing is done by machines, there are still human beings involved to operate them. They follow a very strict procedure of quality control to maintain the highest possible standards. Yet it’s still possible to find mistakes. If you have a book in which you find a mistake that you think is absolutely unexplainable, please send me a photo. I will run it through a team to verify if it’s within the margins of replacing your book.
